Labour Rate Cap: £40/hour
General Exclusions
The following situations are not covered:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Contaminants in fuel or coolant systems
- Damage from negligence, misuse, or accidents
- Vehicle recovery costs
- Indirect losses or collateral damage from part failure
- Parts not originally installed by the dealer
- Claims made more than 14 days after a fault occurs
- Repairs performed without dealer authorization
- Known defective parts disclosed at sale, or manufacturer warranty/recall items
- Failures due to design or manufacturing faults
- Diagnostic costs.
